Trade license

Would you like to use the embroidery templates of lemeld design commercially?

Then you need this commercial license.

License regulations:

1. Every license is only for A embroidery templatevalid.
2. The plot file must be bought/downloaded separately and is not included in the license price
3. A license allows you to sell your products that have been embellished with a embroidery template by Lemeldesign. When selling, it must be stated which plot file was used (e.g. sewing pattern: application "small sleeping cap" from lemeld design).
   
4. The license only refers to a specific person/business and is not transferable.
5. Neither the license nor the plot files may be passed on or reproduced. Copyright lies with the creator/ designer of the eBook.
6. Licenses are not transferable.
7. The licensee assumes liability and guarantee for the product which is made from the eBook.
8. The licensee lies with the obligation to comply with legal regulations for the sale of products, which are made from lemeldesign eBooks.

A document with the corresponding license number issued in addition to the invoice is the license proof-this is sent as a PDF file by email within 1-4 working days within 1-4 working days.
